Following the success of the original Bloom Farms Highlighter brand, the company's founder sought to refresh the pioneering California cannabis brand after 3 years on the marketplace through subtle shifts in communication and appearance. The goal was not to overhaul the design, but instead enhance the brand in an effort to make it even stronger and more iconic. The logo was enhanced to make it more unique, new paper colors were selected to enhance product differentiation and subtle shifts in communication were updated to further appeal the brand to it's target market. The resulting execution maintains important brand recognition, but signals to its devoted customers that the product remains fresh and original as the cannabis marketplace becomes increasingly flooded with new and emerging brands.
